Serving as their flagship whiskey offering, the Rebecca Creek Whiskey is a blended expression that offers the perfect balance between the gentle character of Canadian whisky and the rich, bold flavors of American bourbon. Each batch begins with bourbon whiskey distilled from a mash bill consisting of 75% yellow corn, and 21% rye, and 4% malted barley and then aged for 10 years in new, charred American oak barrels. After maturation, the bourbon is then blended with corn-based spirits to create its distinctive taste and texture before being brought to proof with pristine limestone-filtered water from the Edwards Aquifer and then finally bottled.
