Complex, full bodied and surprisingly smooth with a delicate long finish that’s unbelievably mellow. Contains hints of ripe plum and cherry tastes with fruity, spicy aromas including herbs and cocoa. Four Roses founder Paul Jones Jr. became undoubtedly smitten by a beautiful woman who he proposed to. She said she would let him know her answer later by attending an evening ball with a four rose corsage. We guess she said yes, since he renamed his entire brand to Four Roses. This Single Barrel 100 Proof bourbon is plummy and fruity with lots of character, it makes a fantastic Hot Toddy or Kentucky lemonade.
